Questions, answered
Do I keep my rights?
Yes. You keep full ownership of your masters and your metadata. We only take the licence we need to deliver your music to the stores you choose, for as long as it is online.
When do I get paid?
Your music is usually online the same week, and we email you the moment it is. The first money from a release normally lands two to three months later, at the stores’ own pace, and every month after that, by bank transfer.
What happens if I cancel?
You leave whenever you like, with nothing holding you. Cancel Coliseu and you move to Free, where we keep 10% of royalties instead of 0%. Your music stays online and keeps its links until you ask us to take it down.
How do I reach support?
Write to apoio@distroline.com. We reply Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 16:00, and Saturday, 11:00 to 14:00. Support is global, wherever you release from.
